Edited to say: Life has been extremely frantic of late - blogging in every sense of the word has taken a back seat and hence the very big delay in this post!! I hesitated to share it but i will as they are photos from a very important day, no disrespect intended for the lateness..........hope you enjoy and i look forward to catching up with some blogging in the near future. hopping as well as sharing ;0) Ax
I had some photos published in the Cairns Post this week, in the Post Ed section, which is anything relevant with the education department. My friend Merryl asked if i would take photos of the Anzac Day Ceremony, which i was happy to do, so i thought i would share some with you. I was hesitant before as there were other kids in them, but they have been in the paper so i guess its ok.
Merryls father in law is a collector of old stuff and was generous enough to let his son Doug (Merryls husband) bring this old army jeep out for the ceremony. These are our School Captians in it.
Anzac Bickies are a given on this day.
some of my favourites from the day....
Lest we forget...
