1 cup weetbix, cornflakes, milo flakes (breadfast cereal) or rolled oats
1 cup self raising flour
1 cup coconut
1/2 cup sugar
1 heaped dessertspoon cocoa
6 oz butter
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Melt butter and add to dry ingredients and bake in a moderate oven for approximately 20 minutes. Ice with chocolate icing while still warm. Let cool in the tin before cutting up.
This recipe can be successfully doubled, just cook a bit longer. if you like it really chocolatey add a cupful of chocolate bits.
Yum scrum - many thanks - this will definitely be tried by the Mills Girls after they get back from hols xx

Great! Another way to eat cereals. It looks delectably delicious. I love the simplicity of making this. With adult supervision, even kids can learn how to make this.
